I grew up with the toxic belief that food was the enemy. Shame and guilt were frequent feelings, and mixed messages around eating were often heard. From the time I was a young girl, illness was all around me. My baby sister was born with a genetic mutation, and mom had breast cancer. Dad drowned his sorrows in Scotch. And all through this “children were starving in China.” I had the weight of the world on my shoulders.

I can not say enough positive comments about Debbie and the Shape program. Not only have I lost 21 total inches, I feel more comfortable and confident in my clothes and even in a bathing suit! I have mental clarity and increased energy. With a small amount of planning, I find the program easy to follow. The meals are simple to make and delicious. I have not felt hungry. I highly recommend working with Debbie if you want to look and feel better! Debbie is not only knowledgeable but available and supportive as well.

Debbie is such a great wealth of information. Not only on lifestyle, food, nutrition, and how they all come together, but she's very hands on! I've sat with her for consultations and she takes her time, often offering to show me specifically how to make certain recipes, literally in her home office kitchen! Last year my team decided to encourage one another to focus on our health! We started on Debbie's program using her coaching that included very helpful education and support to develop a plan that worked for our lifestyle. Debbie was patient with me through the entire cycle. Not only did I lose some weight and inches, but most importantly I learned which foods cause inflammation in my body. She armed me with the knowledge and tools I need to eat healthy, but also understand if I eat certain foods it will affect me in a particular way. I felt more alert on a daily basis as well. Debra Dennis is extremely knowledgeable In areas of nutrition and essential oils.
